Fifth Dimension is a reflexology practice set in a glasshouse at the end of a garden. Light comes through the branches overhead, the lawn stretches out beyond the glass, and for an hour there is very little to do but rest.
Each appointment is personal and unhurried. We begin with a conversation about you and your health, then the treatment itself: calm, gentle and focused entirely on your feet, while you lie back beneath a blanket and look up at the sky.
Whether you come for a single session or a regular rhythm of visits, the aim is simple. A comfortable, caring hour that feels like time set aside for you.

The treatment space
A room made of light and leaves
The treatment room is a sage-green glasshouse beneath an old tree. On bright days the sun moves across the roof in patterns; on grey ones the light is soft and even, and rain on the glass is its own kind of calm.
Inside there is a treatment bed with a warm blanket and a handful of things chosen with care: a piece of rose quartz on the sill, a terrarium on the high shelf, a lantern for darker afternoons.

We sit down together and go through your health history in private. This is part of your hour, not an extra charge.
Treatment
You settle on the treatment bed under a warm blanket, shoes and socks off, while gentle pressure is worked through the feet. Talk or stay quiet; whatever suits you.
Rest
A few unhurried minutes to come round, with a glass of water, before you head back out.
Every appointment is 60 minutes in total, including your health history. Arriving a few minutes early helps you settle in.
