About Fifth Dimension

A small practice with a garden at its heart

Reflexology offered one person at a time, in a glasshouse full of light, at a pace that never feels rushed.

Our approach

Calm, comfort and a connection with the outdoors

Fifth Dimension began with a simple idea: that a treatment room can help people relax before anything else has happened.

So the room is a glasshouse rather than a clinic. You lie beneath the branches of a tree, with the garden on every side and the sky overhead, wrapped in a warm blanket. It is private, peaceful and close to nature, without being anything other than comfortable.

Every appointment is one-to-one. Your hour starts with time to talk, including a careful look at your health history, so that the treatment suits you. Then the rest of the session is yours.
