Reflexology, with pregnancy in mind
Maternity reflexology is reflexology adapted for pregnancy. The pressure, the pace and above all your position on the treatment bed are adjusted to keep you comfortable.
Many expectant mothers simply value an hour that is just for them: lying back with the garden around them and the sky above, cushioned and warm, with someone else taking care of things for a while.
Maternity reflexology here is offered for relaxation and comfort. It is not a medical treatment, it is not offered as a way to start labour, and we can’t promise any effect on pregnancy, labour or birth.

Your health comes first
At the start of every appointment we talk through your health and your pregnancy in private. That conversation decides whether treatment is right for you that day, and how to adapt it.
If your pregnancy has any complications, or you are unsure whether reflexology is suitable for you at the moment, please speak to your midwife, GP or consultant before booking.
We never ask for medical details in the online booking form.

Every appointment is 60 minutes, including your medical history. The five-session package is paid once, and each visit is booked separately.

Your comfort is the priority. Your position is adjusted to suit your stage of pregnancy, and you can ask to move or take a break at any time.
We don’t offer reflexology as a way to start labour, and we can’t promise any effect on labour or birth. The treatment is offered for relaxation and comfort.
We go through your general health and your pregnancy at the start of the appointment, in private. None of this is collected through the online booking form.
